Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges
All Sales Final. Unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange at this time. For commissioned orders, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit. The remainder is due upon confirmation and shipping. Each person is allowed one revision of the initial set we send to you. If you are picking up an item from the studio, you have 14 days to pick up your item(s). We are not responsible for items after they leave the studio.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 3700 Spring Valley Road Birmingham AL United States 35223. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Our products are shipped within 4-7 days using the following carriers: USPS. Some framed items may be shipped via UPS. We insure our products and orders over $200 require a signature upon recieving. If you receive a damaged box, document the damage and report to USPS immediately! We are not responsible for items damaged by USPS. You will need to file an insurance claim directly with USPS. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your defective or damaged item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
